Arbitrage Real Estate offered landlord agency services in a 1,150m2 lease transaction among BMW Spanos S.A. and Grant Thorton earlier this month. Our services included technical data reporting to the interested party, market rent consultation to the client, as well as negotiation support with the interested leasee. In addition, Arbitrage Real Estate was appointed as Development Manager for the interior fit out works.
