Vasilis Fotopoulos

Vasilis is an Associate Director in the Agency & Brokerage team. He brings to Arbitrage RE extensive hospitality sector expertise and commercial real estate transactional experience.

Vasilis leads the firm's hospitality market offering and related brokerage and advisory services solutions. He takes an active role in asset purchases and long term operating lease agreements as he brings many years of experience as a sales manager in a major hotel chain with over 1,500 rooms. He is also managing acquisition mandates representing opportunistic investors. He is also engaging in retail chains expansions and office relocation projects of national and multinational corporates. In the past, he led the commercial department of a real estate agency, which focused on retail, office and land plot transactions. He started his career in the residential property sector in a major Athenian agency office.

Vasilis holds an MSc in Services Management and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business. He has also taken real estate valuation courses with the American Appraisal Institute.

Isidoros Raftopoulos

Isidoros is an Associate Director in the Agency & Brokerage team. He brings to Arbitrage RE prime office and retail brokerage expertise.

Isidoros is a Senior Broker in the Agency & Brokerage team. He is responsible for office and retail property brokerage services to domestic investors, corporate clients and landlords. He is also actively involved in investment sourcing for the firm's international and institutional clients. He has a deep knowledge of the domestic real estate market and maintains a strong network of agents, contractors, landlords and high net worth individuals. Prior to Arbitrage, Isidoros gained a 10 years experience in real estate transaction advisory as one of the founding partners of an Athens based real estate agency boutique.

Isidoros has studied Business Administration in the Hellenic Management Association and holds a BSc in Philosophy from Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Anthee Constantinou

Anthee is a certified real estate valuer and brings to the team real estate valuation, technical advisory and planning expertise.

Anthee is a Engagement Manager in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. She is responsible for preparing valuation reports for a wide range of purposes, including loan security, year-end accounts, insurance and acquisitions. She is also participating in technical advisory assignments and dealing with Urban Planning Authorities. In the past, she was working for GLP Values (GVA Worldwide) and collaborated with Eurobank Property Services.

Anthee is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Recognized European (REV) and a member of TEGoVA. She holds an MSc in Design and Analysis of Structures and an MEng in Civil Engineering from NTU of Athens.

Stella Ramopoulou

Stella is an Engagement Manager in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team.

Stella is responsible for drafting and coordinating the firm's market research reports, she also participates in feasibility studies, market and planning due diligence projects. In the past, she worked as a marketing manager at CBRE Atria and at an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield overseeing marketing activities in 2 shopping centers. She has also worked in PHILIPS Hellas, in the investment services division of Genesis brokerage firm and in the commercial directorate of Air Liquide Hellas.

Stella holds a BSc in Science and Technology from the Hellenic Open University. She is also knowledgeable in sustainable built environment aspects.

Aris Demertzis

Aris is a Senior Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. He brings experience in commercial and financial advisory.

Aris is actively engaged in bespoke advisory projects, commercial transactions and hospitality market benchmark analysis. He conducts investment appraisals and analyses large property databases. He is also involved in property valuation work. In the past, Aris worked as a Senior Finance Associate at Zoia, as Performance Management Analyst at OPAP and as a Business Analyst at OCTANE Management Consultants. He started his career as an Equity Research Analyst in Axia Ventures.

Aris holds an MSc in Finance from IESEG in Paris and a BSc in Economics & Management from Athens University of Economics & Business.

Andreas Geranios

Andreas is a Senior Associate in the Agency & Brokerage team. He brings notable experience in sales and marketing.

Andreas is responsible for agency services to corporate clients and domestic landlords. He is actively sourcing available commercial property space in Athens for corporate tenancy and investment purposes. He is also managing the internal property transactions database. Prior to Arbitrage RE, Andreas gained a 10-year experience in business and sales administration, marketing and client relations.

Andreas holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Department of Business and Economics of the University of Applied Sciences (Technological Institute) of Central Greece.

Stavroula Tseroni

Stavroula is an Associate in the Valuation, Research & Advisory team. She participates in feasibility studies, market research and property valuation assignments.

Stavroula is focusing on commercial and market due diligence assignments and supports real estate collaterals underwriting work. Her sectorial expertise is the hospitality, retail and residential market. In the past, she worked as an assistant accountant at the assurance department of Grant Thornton, as front office manager at a boutique hotel and as a booking manager at travel agency in a popular Aegean island.

Stavroula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics & Business.

Filippos Tzoumakas

Filippos is an Associate in the Agency & Brokerage team. He is responsible for agency and brokerage services to domestic buyers and landlords. 

Filippos focuses mainly on residential, industrial and retail properties and is sourcing land plots suitable for commercial development. He is managing auction and sale processes of REO assets on behalf of servicing clients. He is also inspecting properties of interest for the firm and its clients. Prior to Arbitrage RE, Filippos gained experience as residential real estate broker and acquisition specialist.

Filippos has studied Banking & Finance in the University of Piraeus and is currently doing his MSC in Real Estate Valuations & Investments at the University of Athens.

 

Technical

Konstantinos Zervas

Konstantinos is a Project Manager in the Planning & Development team and brings to Arbitrage more than 10 years of experience in technical advisory and management of small and large scale real estate development and fit out projects.

Konstantinos is involved in all aspects of a construction project from design management and procurement to construction monitoring and commissioning. He has also a proven track record in controlling large budgets and bringing forward projects in tight deadlines. Before Arbitrage, he was working for Athens Creative, supervising the construction of a 5-floor department store (4,500 sqm) in Athens. In the past, he worked for Datakat, where he was responsible for the new concept fit out of over 100 Vodafone shops, for GENKAT as a Quality Manager and for Dalcon as a site management engineer.

Konstantinos is a qualified Civil Engineer. He holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School in Athens and an MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Dora Kaimaki

Dora is a Project Manager in the Planning & Development team. She brings 20 years of experience in experience in managing real estate architecture, fit-out and construction projects. 

Dora brings experience on design coordination, budgeting and construction management. Dora has considerable know-how in the architectural design and implementation on a variety of real estate projects in the commercial and office sector. She has led  projects for multi-national companies like IKEA. Prior to Arbitrage, Dora worked in professional practices in Paris and Athens.

Dora has a DEA and degree in Architecture from Ecole D’Architecture of Paris La Villette UP6. She is a chartered Architect in Greece.

Marie Petrovits

Marie is a Project Manager in the Planning & Development team. She brings to Arbitrage RE more than 15 years of experience in real estate architecture, fit-out and construction works supervision.

Marie has considerable know-how in the architectural design and implementation on a variety of real estate projects in residential, commercial, office and education sector.  She has assumed a series of consulting and coordination roles in new building development and fit-out projects as well as in Private Public Partnership (PPP) funded social infrastructure projects. Prior to her cooperation with Arbitrage, Marie worked for more than five years as an Architect for Atkins International in Athens.

Marie has a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from University of Brighton and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. 

Alexandros Baziotopoulos

Alexandros is a Project Manager in the Planning & Development team. A qualified civil engineer, who brings more than 10 years of experience in managing small and large scale planning & development projects. 

Alexandros is experienced in all aspects of construction from planning and permitting to on-site building works and commissioning. He is currently involved in hospitality, logistics and office retrofit projects. He has also delivered numerous technical due diligence projects related to hotel, office and industrial assets. Before Arbitrage, he was working for a civil engineering practice focusing on multi-storey residential, commercial and hospitality projects. He had also a freelance career as a Civil Engineer.

Alexandros holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a member of the Greek Technical Institute (TEE).

Stavros Barbas

Stavros is a Project Manager in the Planning & Development team. He brings to Arbitrage RE almost 15 years of experience in infrastructure and buildings construction works supervision.

Stavros has considerable know-how in the design and contract management phase on a variety of construction projects. He has assumed a series of construction project and site management roles and supervised from design to completion highway, building and bridge construction projects. He has worked for both as construction and assistant site manager for Intrakat and VIOTER in Thessaloniki.

Stavros holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University, an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London and an Executive MBA from the International Hellenic University. 

Andreas Barlos

Andreas is a Senior Associate in the Planning & Development team. He brings more than 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering for its project management, technical advisory and due diligence projects.

Andreas has project-based expertise and has prepared technical studies and budgets. He is also experienced in integrated services from design through to construction implementation. In the past, he worked for JEPA Consulting Engineers in Athens, where he participated as a Project Engineer in the major renovation project of the 14 regional airports operated by Fraport Greece. He started his career at WorleyParsons working in industrial projects in Middle East and the UK.

Andreas studied M&E Engineering in the UK and holds an MSc in Production Innovation and Management.

George Andreadis

George is a Senior Associate in the Planning & Development team. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the co-ordination of MEP designs and management of medium and large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

George has been involved in a variety of technical assignments, from technical due diligence projects all the way to construction implementation, fit-outs and handover. Before Arbitrage, he was working in TEAM E-M S.A. as a senior engineer in major projects such as Astir Marina Vouliagmenis and Navarino Bay 5*. In the past, he was working in London, first in Arup for a series of UKMEA projects and later in Atelier Ten for the designing of Google’s new European HQ (London KGX1).

George holds an MSc in Energy from Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh and an MEng in Electrical & Computing Engineering from Democritus University.

Vaggelis Sfyris

Vaggelis is an Associate in the Planning & Development team. He brings almost 10 years of experience in managing small and medium sized construction and real estate development projects.

Vaggelis is experienced in all stages of a construction project, from design to the supervision of on-site building works and the management of budgets and  schedules. He has been involved in office, hospitality and large residential projects. Before Arbitrage, he was working as a site manager for KN Group, an engineering and construction management practice. He has also worked for 7 years in Technodiastasi SA, a large architectural firm.

Vaggelis holds a BEng in Management Engineering from Aegean University.

 

Operational

Lilian Thanou

Lillian is our Office & HR Manager. She coordinates internal office operations and managing the firm’s recruitment.

Her responsibilities include human resourcing, internal reporting, engagement monitoring, stakeholder management and the annual marketing plan. She also oversees the firm’s network of collaborating external associates. Lilian was previously working for ISS Facility Services as a sales specialist. Before ISS, she spend 7 years with Sony Europe in sales support for Greece & Cyprus. Lilian has also worked for InfoQuest in sales administration.

Lilian holds an MSc and BSc in Political Science and History from Panteio University in Athens.

Artemis Vlastarakou

Artemis offers administrative and legal support, manages accounts payable and monitors invoicing in the commercial department.

Her responsibilities include suppliers and external associates contacting. She also supports the firm's general operational functions. Previously, she has worked for 3 years as legal operations manager at a legal practice dealing with contractual matters and client relationships in projects related to, among other things, real estate and Golden Visas. She has also worked as an administrative assistant for more than 6 years in a medical practice and as a communication consultant at a PR agency.

Artemis holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National Capodistrian University of Athens.

Maria Kontotasiou

Maria offers administrative support in the technical department. She monitors external communications and supports general operational functions.

Her responsibilities in the technical department include human resourcing, internal reporting and project monitoring. She also oversees the technical department's external network of collaborating technical associates. In the past, she worked as front desk receptionist at award-winning 5* hotels and as an administrative assistant in the marketing department of the University of Bath. 

Maria holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Consulting from the University of Bath and a BSc in Sociology from the University of Crete.
