Nikos Kountouriotis

Nikos is a Principal and Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate. He is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and brings to the team a proven track record in property transactions, valuation and management. Nikos currently heads Capital Markets related solutions and Commercial Due Diligence service offering. 

His responsibilities include corporate occupiers agency, investment deal sourcing and appraisals to major real estate investors. Nikos coordinates commercial due diligence projects and is involved in the design and implementation of strategic asset management solutions to commercial landlords, financial institutions and real estate investors. He is also involved in valuation and advisory services to major PE houses, investors, financial institutions and auditors.

Previously, Nikos was heading the property management department of L.P Ellinas Real Estate. The total portfolio under management exceeded 220,000m² including residential complexes and mixed-use commercial properties portfolios. Prior to L.P Ellinas Real Estate, Nikos was involved in residential development, majoring on the summer homes market. 

Nikos is  an accredited member of RICS. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment from University of Reading and a BSc in Mathematics from University of Patras.

Ioannis Orfanos

Ioannis is a Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment, management and advisory. He brings to the team asset management, development and sustainable real estate investing expertise. Ioannis heads the Asset & Property Management practice and Underwriting service offering.

Ioannis is splitting his time between London and Athens to promote, structure and manage large-scale value add real estate investments. He works closely with international and institutional PE investors in commercial and hospitality real estate projects as well as in high yield REO opportunities deriving from NPL portfolios in Greece.  In addition, he is advising at a decision making level on sustainable energy in real estate and urban infrastructure.

In the past, Ioannis worked for Europa Capital in London, where he oversaw various of its development investments in Europe. Prior, Ioannis worked for Deloitte in London, where he undertook advisory roles for public and corporate clients focusing on real estate strategy, management and transactions. Before Deloitte, Ioannis conducted consulting work for Citigroup in Rome. Ioannis has also worked in METKA SA, where he was assigned project management responsibilities in two projects part of Athens 2004 Olympic Games infrastructure.

Ioannis holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from University College London. He is also a qualified Civil Engineer from National Technical University of Athens.

George Vitoulas

George is a Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate. He is an MRICS skilled project management expert with almost 20 years of experience in the management of large new build, retrofit and fit out real estate projects. He brings to the team planning, development and technical advisory expertise. George currently heads Planning & Development practice as well as Technical Due Diligence service offering.

George has delivered a number of high profile commercial real estate projects on behalf of major private and public sector clients. Until recently, George was contracted on behalf of Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) to head commercial management on the construction of the SNF Cultural Centre (SNFCC), a 324-million-euro project. The SNFCC will house the National Library and the Greek National Opera.

Prior to Arbitrage, George worked for 7 years as a Project Manager at WS Atkins International. In Atkins, he was involved in major PPP building and infrastructure projects as well as in commercial real estate new build and fit-outs. Before Atkins, George was with Faithful+Gould in London, managing flagship projects for private and public sector clients.

George is an accredited member of RICS and a qualified Civil Engineer. He holds an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from University College London and a MEng in Civil Engineering from University of Thrace.

Konstantinos Markogiannakis

Konstantinos is a Director at Arbitrage Real Estate. He is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with more than 10 years of experience. He brings to the team expertise in real estate valuation and advisory, market research, urban planning and property management. Konstantinos heads Valuation & Advisory practice and Market Due Diligence service offering.

He is responsible for valuation services to major investors, bank institutions and auditing firms. His responsibilities also include market analysis, feasibility studies and technical due diligence coordination. Konstantinos is also involved in property management solutions to major landlords.

In the past, Konstantinos worked as a chartered surveyor for L.P. Ellinas Real Estate, where he was involved in property valuations and feasibility studies, the preparation of market reports and property management services. Prior to L.P.Ellinas Real Estate, Konstantinos worked for Danos & Associates in its international business department, where he was heading and coordinating international accounts and foreign investments. He also liaised with BNP Paribas Real Estate (since 2009) and CBRE network (2008) for cross border accounts.

Konstantinos is an accredited RICS member and assessor. He is also a qualified Civil Engineer from National Technical University of Athens. He holds an MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot Watt University and an MSc in Engineering from Imperial College London.
