Arbitrage RE successfully brokered a 3,422m2 office building at Theotokopoulou and Astronafton streets in Maroussi and concluded the sale purchase agreement on behalf of the buyer. The acquisition price was close to €6M. The buyer was Greco Fund, managed by Dromeus Capital and the seller was AstraZeneca, the local branch of the global science-led biopharmaceutical business.
